This site, and our accompanying social media platforms, YouTube, LinkedIn serve as both a self help guide and a show case of some of the problems we have solved for clients. You don’t need to buy our services to benefit from the vast experience of our team. Starting 2025 we are converting this site into a database of problems, how to spot them and how to address the root cause. Origins

We started as an agile consultancy in 2019 founded by a small group of battle scared program managers. But it was never about Agile to us. The surge in agile popularity was just a way for us to help more teams. It was always about getting stuff delivered. We do still offer agile and devops training and our focus is very much on modern methods. However these days we have moved on a bit. Recognising that the time for Agile for the sake of Agile has past and leaders want to see real efficiency gains. 

What is going on with this website?

For the first 6 years of Add Agility we had a regular consultancy website. It was like most consultancy sites, a little boring and relatively expensive to maintain. After people saw it once there was no need to return.

As of summer 2025 we have switched the focus of this site to be a set of reference materials we can point people to. Using the
